I’m Emiliano Ubaldi, a digital marketing strategist and front-end web developer with more than 20 years of experience. I help businesses connect paid search, SEO, analytics, and website performance to attract relevant audiences and turn interest into enquiries.
A successful campaign connects the right message with the right audience—and gives people a clear reason to act.
My work brings together marketing strategy and hands-on implementation. From researching keywords and managing advertising campaigns to developing landing pages and measuring results, I help businesses understand what’s working and where to improve.
My main focus is generating qualified leads through Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). I plan, manage, and refine paid search and social campaigns through audience and keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy testing, and performance analysis.
Improve how your business is found through keyword research, competitive analysis, and practical improvements to website content and structure.
Connect your campaigns to focused, usable web experiences. I develop front-end pages and landing pages that support your message and guide visitors toward an enquiry.
Make decisions with a clearer picture of performance. I use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting to evaluate results and identify opportunities.
My background spans automotive, insurance and lending, beauty and skincare, and online gaming.
At DecisioningIT, my work combines digital marketing, SEM, SEO, and front-end web development. Earlier roles at DealerCity Canada / EVOLIO and Publicis included paid search management, digital strategy, project coordination, and collaboration with creative and technical teams.
This experience helps me connect business objectives with the practical work needed to deliver a campaign or website.
My interests have always extended beyond marketing and technology. Aviation, medicine, and investigative work each appeal to the same part of me: a desire to understand how things work, examine the details, and ask questions until I can see the full picture.
My interest in medicine also has a practical history. From 1990 to 2000, I volunteered with Misericordia Ambulance’s emergency medical services. That experience strengthened my respect for preparation, careful observation, and clear decisions when details matter.
I bring that same curiosity and discipline to my work in search engine marketing (SEM). I look closely at search intent, campaign data, tracking, and the path a visitor takes after clicking an ad. When results change, I want to understand why. I check the evidence, test my assumptions, and refine the details that can make a campaign more relevant and effective.
These interests are part of the person behind IM Advise. They shape how I approach every project: with curiosity, precision, and a commitment to making decisions based on what the evidence shows.
Whether you’re reviewing your advertising, improving your website, or planning your next digital project, I’d welcome a conversation about your goals and how I can help.
